"TEMPERATURE WAS -3 DEG F. STARTED CAR FROM BEING COLD OVERNIGHT. LET ENGINE RUN NO MORE THAN 3 MINUTES PRIOR TO BACKING OUT OF DRIVE WAY. MADE TWO SUCCESSFUL STOPS. DROVE 3/8 MILE FROM LAST STOP WHILE TRAVELING AT 30 MPH. SLOWED TO MAKE RIGHT TURN ON DESIRED STREET BECAUSE TRAFFIC LIGHT WAS GRE"
